3. The review form opens. The customer is already signed in to Google on their phone, so they only choose the stars and write a line. The whole thing takes under a minute.

No. NFC tap and QR scan both open the review form in the phone's browser. The customer only needs to be signed in to Google, which almost everyone already is.

Does it work on iPhone?

Can I change the link later?

Yes. The chip can be rewritten, so a card bought for one branch can be moved to another, or pointed at a different review platform.

How many should I order?

Is asking for reviews with a card allowed by Google?
